2GO Travel advises guests of port closures in Manila and Batangas this Christmas and New
Both ports will be suspending operations from December 24, 2022, 7 PM to December 25, 2022, 7 PM
and again from December 31, 2022, 7 PM to January 1, 2023, 7 PM.
Affected passengers may have their tickets rebooked or refunded with no charges at any 2GO
Corporate Ticketing Outlet or at the outlet that issued their respective tickets. Guests may visit

2GO Travel would also like to remind guests of the following this peak travel season to help them
enjoy a smooth sailcation with families and friends during this joyous time of the year.
1) Passengers are highly encouraged to be at the port at least four hours before their vessel’s
time of departure, so they can conveniently wait for their respective boarding
2) Guests must secure all personal belongings and should transact only with official 2GO
representatives for any concerns they may have regarding their voyage.
3) Mobile numbers and e-mail addresses provided at the time tickets were purchased must
remain working and valid. These will be used to inform passengers via SMS and e-mail, if
their voyages are affected by delays and/or cancellations.
4) For passengers who wish to avail of tickets, these may conveniently be booked online at
travel.2go.com.ph; on-site at 2GO retail stores, SM Business Centers, any of 2,000 agents
