Pet Valley Services
They offer three kinds of services:
- Communal Grave or Mass Grave
- Individual Grave or Individual Burial
- Cremation
We chose to have Whiskey cremated because we wanted him to remain with us. After making our decision, we settled a portion of the bill, and they picked up Whiskey from the vet clinic.
Their cremation fees are based on the pet’s weight. Once they receive the pet’s body, a flame-based cremation process takes place, with the pet being cremated individually. The remains are then returned to you in an urn.

- Default package of Urn and memorabilia (paw print and hair sample)
- A free scented candle
- Viewing ceremony
- Picking up the body and handover of the remains (depending on your location)
Throughout the process, Pet Valley stayed in touch with us through Messenger or Viber, providing updates on Whiskey. This communication gave us comfort, knowing he was in good hands.
Whiskey’s Final Viewing
As part of the package we selected, Pet Valley organized a final viewing or last journey before Whiskey’s cremation. Visits are welcome from Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. However, it’s advisable to inform them in advance about your visit.
When we arrived at the facility, we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place. It was a quiet, lush, and peaceful environment. They even had a cafeteria if you wanted to have some snacks.
As we walked toward the main hall, we couldn’t help but become emotional, considering the solemn atmosphere inside. The staff was incredibly accommodating throughout our time in the hall.
After a brief wait, they called us for the ceremony, and we walked downstairs. The ceremony was incredibly special, allowing us to bid farewell to Whiskey. It was a deeply emotional experience, especially when we offered our prayers for Whiskey. It was a sad moment, but it was handled very well by Pet Valley.
Even after the ceremony, they continued to update us on Viber about the status of the cremation, which we greatly appreciated.
