MANILA PHILIPPINES | Everybody deserves something special. Once in a while, we treat ourselves into something that we both enjoy and that is going for a weekend staycation in Manila. With some many hotels to choose from, we found one hotel in Pasay and it’s Conrad Manila.

Located next to Mall of Asia, one iconic hotel really stood out because of its ship-like structure. I’ve heard so many good reviews about this place so my partner booked a room on their website which according to him had a better rate than the other online reservation apps. In addition to that, he also joined as a member of HILTON HONORS which is basically free and you get to receive more privileges (including discounts) during your stay.

Conrad Manila

The moment you walk into the hotel, you will already have that luxury feel of the hotel specially if you have that art piece hanging from ceiling . From the ground floor, we head straight to the 3rd Floor where the main lobby is located.

Check-In time is at 2:00 pm | Check-Out at 12:00 nn

I like how Conrad Manila has really maximized the stunning landscape of Manila Bay. I don’t think they need to add anything more because people are just drawn to the view.

The hotel reception can be very busy at certain times with so many guests checking in and out that is why I decided to take a photo of the lobby at night when it is more relaxed. Despite the busy reception area at times the service was always very gracious and timely.

Conrad Hotel Room 6063

After the checking in procedure, the receptionist told us that he had given us a room with a very special view facing the bay. We became excited to check our room. We went up to the 6th floor and looked for number 6063. When we opened the door, we were amazed how spacious and posh our room feels. It was a beautiful room.

If you are wanting to have a good night sleep or just to rest, well, you are looking at one of the most comfortable beds there is.

There was a nice lounge area for you to sit on or if you have invited family or friends with you. But, wait until you open that curtain because a million dollar view awaits.

And with a touch of a button, you will have this amazing view right out of your window. How beautiful is that?

Inside the room, you will have your own mini-bar and fridge. They also have complimentary teas or you can prepare yourself a nice cup of coffee, the Nespresso way!

In addition to your very spacious room, you will also love how much space you get in their toilet and bath.

For those guests who are very sensitive to pillows and finding it hard to sleep like me, guess what,they have a pillow menu. You can request pillows depending on how soft and firm you want your pillows to be. Now that is very cool!

Swimming Pool

It was a hot day during our visit and a nice way of cooling off is by going to their swimming pool which is also located on the 3rd level. You can either get yourself a cabana hut like this one or just one of the beach beds.

They also have a beach bar if you want something to drink or to nibble.

Their swimming pool is nice and big. Though there were many people in the area, there’s always plenty of space to swim. In the afternoon, the sun was shining directly onto the pool – perfect for those who want to catch up on their tan.

Fitness Gym

Not far from their swimming pool, you will also find their fitness gym and spa.

Conrad Hotel – C LOUNGE

As hotel guest, we were given complimentary drinks at the C LOUNGE. After our swim, we dressed up for the night and before going out, we used our complimentary drinks and later on, we felt like we did not want to leave the lounge.

C Lounge is open to not just hotel guests but also to walk-in guests for high tea or for any celebrations. They offer different cocktail fusions that I am sure you will also enjoy.

Manila Bay is known for its beautiful sunset. And if there is one place to see that, C Lounge is the place to be. It was a special moment for us having a glass of wine watching the sunset. At night, they also have a band playing – a nice place to wrap up the night.

Conrad Hotel Buffet Breakfast at BRASSERIE

After a nice evening and some coffee in the room, we went down to the main buffet restaurant called Brasserie. I’ve been to to this place before for a buffet dinner with friends and it didn’t disappoint. That is why when I heard breakfast will be served here, I could not wait to try.

The selection of food is amazing. No wonder Brasserie is one of the top places for buffet meals in Metro Manila. You can have almost everything you need to have a good breakfast. You can choose from salads, meats, juices, international and local cuisines, Asian fusion food and so much more.

As we are nearing to the end of our stay, the whole experience we had was 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room we had was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. Conrad Hotel really is no doubt one of the best place to stay in Metro Manila! Till next time!
